Do you feel like you need some refreshing yummy snack? So, go for this lovely, delicious and very refreshing pudding. The best is that you need only five minutes for its preparation. This pudding is raw, gluten-free, lactose-free, vegetarian, and vegan.
We don’t need tonne of sugar to satisfy our sweet tooth. 🙂 There is always a way. Healthy way. 🙂
- 2 ripe mangos, approx. (450g) (peeled and cored)
- 1 ripe avocado, (110g), (peeled and cored)
- 2 tbsp. coconut oil
- 3 tbsp. carob powder
- 2 tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 tbsp. agave syrup/nectar, (optional)
- In the bowl, blend all ingredients using a hand blender until smooth. Spoon the mixture to prepared serving glasses and garnish with fruit of your choice.
You can eat this lovely pudding immediately.
For nut free version use different oil!
