This mango cream is unbelievably tasty and easy to make. You need only two ingredients, fresh mango and coconut cream. I love to prepare this mango cream because it is perfect “sauce” for any cake.
I didn’t use any sweetener because ripe mango is sweet enough. However, if you really like sweet flavour you can simply add a bit of agave syrup or maple syrup. This lovely cream is gluten-free, lactose-free, and also suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Makes: approx. 400 ml
- ¾ cup coconut cream, (200ml)
- 1 large ripe mango, approx. (180g) (peeled and cored)
- In the bowl, blend mango and coconut cream using a hand blender until smooth
