This is very lovely and refreshing milkshake. You can also use different fruit to make similar milkshake but I really love this combination of avocado and banana.
This milkshake is best the same day it is made. This is gluten-free, lactose-frees, vegetarian, and vegan milkshake. 🙂
Preparation: 5 min.
- 3 cups Alpro coconut drink, (750ml)
- 1 banana
- 1 avocado, (peeled and cored)
- 2 tbsp. maple syrup
- 3 tbsp. chia seeds
- In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth
- Garnish with fresh fruit
